SeenYa is a social discovery platform to reconnect after real-life encounters, find lost or found items, and share moments.

• You must be 16+ or of local digital consent age.
• Have legal capacity to agree.
• Use the Service lawfully and appropriately.

Create an account via email or third-party login (Google, Facebook, X/Twitter). Provide accurate data, keep credentials secure, and accept responsibility for use. SeenYa may suspend violating accounts.

No false, misleading, or offensive posts. No harassment, defamation, or sharing private data without consent. No spam, bots, or interference. SeenYa may remove or restrict misuse.

Your Content: You retain ownership but grant SeenYa a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to operate the Service.

Our Content: All app elements belong to SeenYa Ltd or licensors; no copying or modification without permission.

Trademarks and Branding: The name SeenYa, the Anchor Dot logo, and all related design elements, layouts, and visuals are trademarks or trade dress of SeenYa Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or imitate them without our prior written consent.

SeenYa does not verify identities. Use caution, avoid sharing sensitive data, and meet only in safe places. We are not responsible for user behaviour or outcomes offline.

We may suspend/terminate accounts for breaches or risk. You can delete your account anytime via app settings or email info@seenya.live.

Service is provided “as is” with no warranties. Use at your own risk.

SeenYa Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability: £100 GBP or the amount paid (if any).
